"We have used Natasha for 2 different projects on the same property. First, when we bought our house in Arcadia, we decided to completely gut it, and remodel basically everything. Second project was to add an addition to the house to increase the square footage of the house by about 40%. The home we purchased, had a very poor floor plan, tiny kitchen, bathroom off the kitchen, and a few other terrible internal designs. The house had low ceilings, was very dark, and felt very small inside due to how closed off every room was from every other room. Natasha came and took measurements and interviewed us to understand what we were looking for, and then she went to work. The design ideas she came up with were just incredible and better than we had hoped. She figured out ways to move a few walls, remove a few, and basically create a brand new floor plan that felt open and bright. She was great to work with, very accommodating to our requests, and confident in her recommendations. She even made a few great suggestions on the front of the house to improve the curb appeal, which we were not even considering initially. We are so glad we trusted her vision and guidance. The first phase of the project turned out incredible, and we received compliments from every single person who visited the house. The second phase was a bit more challenging, as we were living in the house during the addition project. She figured out a way to allow the addition to be built in a way that caused almost no disruption for us living in the house. She also helped obtain all the necessary permits for the project. She added a new master bedroom suite which became the envy of all our friends. She was accommodating to our requests and change requests. She was always friendly and pleasant to work with, and always made us feel like she truly cared about our project and how happy we would be.
